Your Ande Venue Portal is where you log in to handle event payments and see how your AI events agent is performing. Here's a quick map of what's there and where to go for each task.
Logging in
Visit www.ande.ai and sign in with your work email. The first time you log in you'll get a one-time code by email. Team members on your venue's email domain can log in automatically. For details — and how to add or remove team members — see Accessing Your Ande Venue Portal.
Reservations & payments
Open a reservation to handle everything payment-related for that event:

AI Agent

Where your bookings live
Ande is inquiry-only: guest inquiries arrive as leads in your booking system (for example, Tripleseat), and your team works them there, just like any other lead. You don't build offers or manage menus inside Ande — the Venue Portal is where you handle the payment and see agent activity. For how inquiries flow to you, see Inquiries and Introduction.
