Accessing Your Ande Venue Portal

This article explains how venue users can log in to the Ande Venue Portal and how additional team members can gain access.

Logging In to the Venue Portal

  1. During onboarding, Ande collects a list of contacts from your venue who should have access to the Venue Portal.

    • These users can log in by visiting www.ande.ai and entering their work email address.

  2. New users with the same email domain as the original contacts can log in without additional setup.

    • For example, if your original users log in with @yourvenue.com, any new team member using an email address with @yourvenue.com will be able to log in automatically.

    • No configuration by the Ande team is required for users with the same email domain.

  3. The first time a user logs in, they will receive a one-time code via email.

    • This code is required to complete the login process.

    • The email containing the one-time code may take a few minutes to arrive.

    • The code is valid for 30 days.

    • If the code expires, a new one-time code will be issued automatically.

Adding or Removing Team Members

  1. New team members using the same email domain as existing users can access the Venue Portal by logging in with their email address.

  2. If a new team member uses a different email domain than the original users, contact Ande Support to request access.

  3. To deactivate access for a former team member, reach out to Ande Support.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

  • If your venue uses Gmail as its email domain, contact Ande Support for additional setup instructions.

  • If you experience any issues logging in, reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
