Inquiries

Every enterprise guest on Ande goes through an inquiry - no more instant booking options.

How it works

When a guest clicks "Inquire" for a venue in the marketplace, Ande automatically routes their request to your team - either as a lead in your booking system or directly via email - and sends a notification. There's no parallel Ande booking flow to manage; your team works it from there, just like any other lead.

Communication runs through Alex Reed, who represents the enterprise guest. You respond how you usually would. Alex keeps the guest informed and coordinates details.

When you're ready to close, you'll share the contract and Ande paylink through your booking system or email. For more information, read Pricing and Contracts.

Who is Alex Reed?

Alex Reed is the virtual concierge for Ande's enterprise guests. Alex acts as the guest's point of contact throughout the booking process. Now, your team isn't fielding messages from multiple channels, but rather one organized thread.

What stays the same

  • Leads arrive in your booking system just like any other lead, you respond and manage it from there

  • You can see the enterprise guest's company name and contact details in every inquiry

How do I know if the lead is from Ande?

For Ande Inquiries, the name submitted on the inquiry will appear as "Ande - Booker's Name".

Do I need to create a custom offer in Ande?

No. Offers are no longer built inside Ande. You handle proposals, menus, and pricing through your booking system, then share the contract and Ande paylink when you're ready to close.

Can guests book events directly to my calendar?

No. Ande is inquiry-only — Instant Book and Request to Book are no longer part of the flow. Every inquiry lands as a lead in Tripleseat and your team decides how to move it forward.
