Meet the Ande Virtual Concierge

What the Ande Virtual Concierge is, why the sender name reflects the corporate client, and how it's different from your Venue Agent.

The Ande Virtual Concierge is the point of contact who represents an enterprise guest throughout the booking process. Instead of fielding messages across multiple channels, your team works from one organized thread.

What you'll see

Inquiries on behalf of a specific company arrive from that company's concierge — for example, "Acme Concierge" ([email protected]). All other inquiries arrive from "Ande Virtual Concierge" ([email protected]).

Note: If you previously saw inquiries from "Alex Reed," that name has been retired. Nothing about how you receive or respond to bookings has changed — only the sender name and email address.

Is this a real person?

No. The concierge is an AI agent that communicates with you on behalf of the company planning the event. It reads and responds to your messages automatically, so you can reply to it directly just as you would a person.

Why does the sender name vary between inquiries?

Ande represents corporate clients booking events, and the name shows which client we're reaching out on behalf of.

Will I know who I'm actually working with?

Yes, always. The enterprise guest's company name and contact details are visible on every inquiry. The concierge keeps the guest's side of the conversation organized, but you can always see exactly which company and booker an inquiry is for.

How is this different from my Venue Agent?

They are two different things. Your Venue Agent is the AI events assistant on your own venue page that engages prospective guests and captures leads. The Ande Virtual Concierge represents an enterprise guest through the inquiry and booking process once a lead is underway.

How do I work with the concierge?

Exactly as you would with any other lead. Respond to the lead in Tripleseat or email, share availability and pricing, send a payment link, and ask any questions you have. Please keep the concierge cc'd on all communications and Tripleseat threads — this ensures we can keep the booking moving and keep the event up to date in Ande. For the full flow, see Inquiries and Guest Communication.

I was mid-conversation with "Alex Reed." What happens to that thread?

Nothing breaks. Existing conversations continue to route correctly, and new messages simply come from the updated concierge identity.
