All guest-side communication is handled by Alex Reed. You don't need to manage a separate channel — everything runs through the tools you already use.

How it works

Alex Reed acts as the enterprise guest's representative, keeping their side of the conversation organized. You respond as usual. The guest's company name and contact details are visible within the inquiry, so you always know who you're working with.

What stays the same

  • You communicate through your booking system or email — nothing new to learn

  • Guest contact details are visible in every inquiry

  • Ande inquiries will appear as "Ande - Booker's Name" in your system
