See every Venue Agent conversation with your guests — directly from your Venue Portal.
How it works
Navigate to the AI Agent section in your Venue Portal to view a full log of guest interactions with your agent. Each conversation shows the guest's messages and the agent's responses in chronological order. You can filter by venue, event type, and event date.
Where do conversations live?
Conversations are available in two places:
A summary of the guest and agent conversation is added to the Additional Notes section of the Tripleseat lead, so it travels with the event.
The full conversation lives in the AI tab of your Ande Venue Portal.
Do I need any special permissions to view conversations?
No. Any team member with access to the Ande Venue Portal can view conversations — no additional setup is required.
Can I see which conversations led to an inquiry?
Yes. Conversations that resulted in a submitted inquiry are linked, so you can trace the full guest journey.
