Your venue, your look. You have full self-service control over your agent widget's display name, avatar, fonts, and color scheme.

How it works

In your Venue Portal, navigate to the AI Agent tab and select the Edit Widget button at the top right of your screen, then select Widget Appearance. You can now edit:

  • Display name — what the agent calls itself when greeting guests

  • Avatar — upload a photo or icon for the agent

  • Fonts — match your venue's typography

  • Color scheme — background, buttons, chat bubbles, and text

Changes are previewed in real time and go live immediately once saved. Your agent widget updates automatically across every page it's embedded on.

Will branding changes affect how the agent responds to guests?

No. Branding only changes how the widget looks, not how the agent behaves or what it says.

Can different venues in my hospitality group have different branding?

Yes. Each venue's agent can be customized independently through its own Venue Portal settings.
