Configure custom fields on your agent's form to capture the details that matter most.

How it works

In your Venue Portal, navigate to the AI Agent tab and select the Edit Widget button at the top right of your screen, then select Customize Fields. From there you can add, reorder, and remove the fields guests fill out before submitting their contact information. Example fields include:

  • Event type (e.g., Corporate, Wedding, Birthday, Social)

  • Group size

  • Preferred date or timeframe

Remember to save all changes. These custom fields are shown to guests as part of the inquiry flow, and responses are captured alongside the inquiry — visible to your team in the Venue Portal and in Tripleseat.

Is there a limit to how many custom fields I can add?

We recommend keeping the form concise — up to 3 fields — to reduce friction and maximize form completion rates.

Can I make custom fields required?

Yes. When configuring each field, you can set it as required or optional depending on your needs.

How do I update the agent configuration later?

If you need to change the way the agent collects information, return to the Customize Fields section of the Venue Portal to make edits. You can also reach out to your Ande Account Manager.
