For reservations generated via payment link in Ande, you can share a Ande-generated invoice with clients.
Why use a Ande invoice?
The Tripleseat event invoice should remain the source of truth for the amounts your venue charges and collects. However, it does not include the credit card processing fee charged to the client. Some venues prefer to share an invoice that shows both the amount paid to the venue and the processing fees paid to Ande.
To retrieve an invoice for a reservation:
Log in to Ande ande.ai/venue-portal/reservations
Navigate to Reservations
Click on the relevant reservation
Click the Expenses tab
Under Billing, click “Download Invoice”
