For events managed in Tripleseat, your Ande payment link amount comes directly from the Tripleseat event. Here's how that works and how to get an updated link when the amount changes.

Where the amount comes from

When you generate a payment link from a Tripleseat event, Ande pulls the amount from that event in Tripleseat. If the amount on the link looks wrong, it almost always means the figure on the Tripleseat event needs to be updated.

How to get an updated link

  1. Correct the amount on the event in Tripleseat.

  2. Generate a new payment link so it reflects the updated amount — see Generating a Payment Link via the Ande Chrome Extension (Tripleseat Events) or via the Ande Venue Portal.

  3. Deactivate the old or incorrect link so it can't be paid by mistake — see Deactivating a Payment Link.

Events not in Tripleseat

For events not managed in Tripleseat, you set the amount yourself when creating a manual link. See Generating a Manual Payment Link via the Ande Chrome Extension (Non-Tripleseat Events).

Link or extension not working?
