The Ande Chrome Extension lets you generate a manual payment link directly from wherever you’re already communicating with the booker—so you don’t need to switch tools or tabs just to request payment.
If you haven’t already installed the extension, install it from the Chrome Web Store using Google Chrome. For any issues with installing the browser extension, please reference our Getting Started & Requirements articles.
You can open the Ande Chrome Extension from any browser tab, including:
Your email inbox
A booking or inquiry tool
A calendar event
Any page where you’re discussing details with the client
No event system integration or Guest Portal setup is required.
Log In to Ande via the Chrome Extension
Click the Ande icon in your Chrome toolbar
Click Log In
Enter your Ande credentials and follow the prompts
Once logged in, you can create manual payment links from any tab in your browser.
Generate a Manual Payment Link
While viewing the conversation or tool you’re using to communicate with the booker (email, booking platform, calendar, etc.), open the Ande Chrome Extension
Select Manual Payment
Click Create Manual Payment Link
Enter the event, guest, and payment details
Click Create Payment Link
Send Payment link to booker
A secure payment link will be generated immediately. An associated reservation will also be created automatically in Ande for tracking and reconciliation.
Managing Manual Payment Links
Your most recent manual payment links will appear in the Manual Payments list in the extension
From this list, you can:
Re-copy the payment link
Deactivate the link
View reservation details
To access older manual payment links, visit the Ande Venue Portal and navigate to Reservations.
