To check, go to chrome://settings/help and make sure you’re on the latest version of Chrome.
The extension is slow or won’t load
First, check your internet or Wi-Fi connection — most slowness comes from connectivity issues. If your connection looks fine, try restarting Chrome or your computer.
Still stuck? Reinstalling the extension from the Chrome Web Store can often resolve persistent loading issues.
I installed the extension, but it no longer appears in my extensions list
Sometimes Chrome disables extensions if permissions aren’t accepted. To re-enable it:
In Chrome, type
chrome://extensions/in the address bar.Find the Ande Chrome Extension in the list.
Toggle it back on.
If prompted, accept the permissions so the extension can function correctly.
Some features are missing from my extension
Chrome updates extensions automatically, so you normally don’t need to take action. If you’re not seeing the latest features:
Close and reopen Chrome — this refreshes the extension.
Go to
chrome://extensions/and check that the Ande Chrome Extension is turned on.If you still don’t see updates, try removing and reinstalling the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
(Optional for advanced users) You can also manually force updates by enabling Developer Mode in
chrome://extensions/and clicking Update, though this is rarely necessary.
If the extension isn't working
If the Ande Chrome extension ever won't load or won't let you create a payment link, you don't have to wait — you can create and send payment links directly from the Ande Venue Portal. The Venue Portal does everything the extension does for payments, so it's the recommended fallback whenever the extension is unavailable.
See Generating a Payment Link via the Ande Venue Portal. Need access? See Accessing Your Ande Venue Portal.
