If a paylink you created becomes outdated—whether due to an error, an accidental duplication, a change in the reservation, or the cancellation of an event—you can deactivate it to ensure guests do not make payments toward an incorrect amount.
To deactivate a payment link:
Log in to Ande ande.ai/venue-portal/reservations
Navigate to Reservations
Click on the relevant reservation
Click the Payment Links tab
To the right of the Payment Link you'd like to deactivate, click the three dot menu.
Click Deactivate Link.
If a guest tries to access a deactivated payment link, they will be shown a page notifying them that the link is no longer active.
