What your client sees at checkout
Your client chooses how to pay on the payment link: credit card (with the applicable processing fee shown before they complete payment) or ACH bank transfer (no fee). The fee is displayed up front — clients are never charged a card fee without seeing it first. Clients in New York State may also see a review screen before entering payment details; see Understanding the Pre-Checkout Review Screen.
Why is my payout slightly less than what the client paid?
The card fees above are paid by your client at checkout. Separately, a 0.6% processing fee is deducted from your venue's payouts on a net basis — so deposits already reflect it. See the Ande Payments Finance FAQ for details.
