Open the Ande Browser Extension by clicking the Ande icon at the top of your browser next to the URL bar and log in to Ande
Navigate to an event in Tripleseat.
If a card on file was captured via a payment link, you will see an option to Collect Payment
From the Collect Payment dropdown, select Charge Card
Choose from:
The outstanding balance or another payment amount from the event — outstanding and deposit amounts pull straight from the Tripleseat invoice
Authorize a credit card ($0 charge)
A custom payment amount
Select the card you would like to charge, if there are multiple.
Click Charge Card and finish.
Duplicate charge check: If you're charging the same card for a similar amount, Ande flags a possible duplicate. If the charge is intentional (e.g., a final balance after a deposit), click Charge anyway.
A payment confirmation email will be sent to the guest associated with the payment method and venue contacts that are set up to receive payment email notifications.
To view all Ande payments associated with the event, view the event in the Venue Portal and navigate to the Expenses tab.
💡 Auto-logging
Balance charges made through the extension are automatically logged to the event's Payments tab in Tripleseat — no manual "Log Payment" step needed.
If the extension isn't working
If the Ande Chrome extension ever won't load or won't let you create a payment link, you don't have to wait — you can create and send payment links directly from the Ande Venue Portal. The Venue Portal does everything the extension does for payments, so it's the recommended fallback whenever the extension is unavailable.
