Here's how communication and next steps work when an inquiry is coordinated by Alex Reed, your Ande Virtual Concierge.
How communication flows
Communication runs through Alex Reed, who represents the enterprise guest. You respond how you usually would — through your booking system or email — and Alex keeps the guest informed and coordinates details. Ande inquiries appear in your system as "Ande - Booker's Name", so they're easy to spot.
Can I contact the guest directly?
The guest's company name and contact details are visible on every inquiry, and you communicate through your normal booking system or email while Alex keeps the guest's side organized. If you'd like to coordinate directly with a guest on a specific booking, your Ande Account Manager can advise on the best approach.
How do leads arrive?
When a guest clicks "Inquire" for your venue in the marketplace, Ande routes the request to your team — either as a lead in your booking system or directly via email — and sends a notification. There's no parallel Ande booking flow to manage. Ande is inquiry-only: Instant Book and Request to Book are not part of the flow, so every inquiry lands as a lead and your team decides how to move it forward.
How do I close the booking?
When you're ready to close, share the contract and Ande paylink through your booking system or email. For more information, see Pricing and Contracts.
